INS is the controller responsible for your personal data.
We hold information to enable the performance of our contract with you and provide services/IT support to you or your business. We may also request information if required to establish a business relationship with you.

Your IP address, mac address or the IP address or mac address of an access wifi point you connect to.
The data will be stored on INS’s internal server network.
Our policy is to ensure that such information is only stored, processed and disclosed when business needs require and, where necessary, to obtain all appropriate consents from individuals who are the subject of such information.
We are committed to allowing individuals appropriate access to information held about them and if requested to have that information forgotten where there is no legal requirement for it to be held. We are committed to a process for updating and/or destroying out of date information.
We will audit our data processing activities regularly and maintain compliance with all relevant current legislation; currently the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
This access is restricted to those staff where the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
The company will not share your data with third parties, we may however share your data with our trading partners for the purposes of providing services and/or support.
The company will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
The company takes the security of your data seriously. It has internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties. Internal sharing of your data is limited to those directly involved in dealing with the nature of your enquiry, or servicing the existing business relationship.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
Our standard retention period, unless required to be otherwise by other legal or reporting requirements is seven years.
